It also would prohibit tax deductions for expenses incurred when moving jobs outside the U.S.

As intelligent as my ego allows, had to look up a definition of what insourcing means. Naturally the government's definition does not exactly match. In the business world insourcing means to do work within a companies workforce, the opposite of outsourcing. According to this bill, insourcing means to hire within the country. Why can't these cheeky bastards just say that, could it be because there is already legislation designed to incentivize domestic hiring.

Isn't this covered by the Freedom of Information Act? Perhaps some people are attempting to make public the process for nomination and maintenance.  We can assume that there are serious political forces seeking to suppress the fact that the Endangered Species Act is used as a tool to suppress economic growth.

A father walks into a room and finds an eighteen year old young man molesting his eleven year old son.
The father beats the molester savagely.  The molester, Raymond Frolander, has admitted to the molestation that apparently started when the victim was eight years old.
The child victim is reported to have kept silent on the abuse because the perpetrator intimidated with threats of terrible things.  The reading that I've done does not indicated that he father has been charged and comments from the Daytona Beach's Chief Chitwood suggest that the beating has been judged as justifiable...

By way of an email from the Gatestone Institute, an Israeli reports makes an odd analogy. A key paragraph has drawn my attention.

The reporter does seem to understand the comment he has made, the defense system has been working very well. Few rockets are getting through and killing civilians.

Sportsmanship is about following customs, rules and fair play. It is Hamas that plays unfairly, constantly shooting from the cover of innocent Palestinians, sneaking through tunnels to murder and kidnap from stealth. That type of employment, such as seen in most major municipalities, Atlanta for me, never have enough money to get anything done.

Last night while exercising on the elliptical at Gold's Gym, CNN was showing an interview with this man for an extended period. He kept shaking his head up and down apparently in agreement with the questions being asked by the news anchor. Behind him were several people, some of whom were wearing shirts with a label suggesting that they too were illegal aliens. Beneath the news scroll was a title that in bold print proclaimed that the interviewee was a Pulitzer Prize winning author.

Today I see in the news that this man, Jose Antonio Vargas, has been detained by ICE officials.  It seems that he was taunting conservatives with Tweets telling of how he called ICE and told them of his illegal presence and mugging for photographs next to ICE vehicle.

To me this begs the question, why, after travelling with false identification documents, using false social security numbers, both illegal to regular citizens, is this man still in our country?

It seems like ICE officials did not enjoy having been the object of parody.  How serious they are we will learn in the near future.  The proper route should be, conviction for laws broken, incarceration, followed with deportation.

President Nixon and his Secretary of State Henry Kissinger began the practice coined as shuttle diplomacy. This policy worked well internationally for a domestically besieged President, yielding entrance to China, the end of the Vietnam War, the first SALT treaty and improvement of relations in the middle east. Now we have a president whose best skill seems to be irrationally blaming someone else and then scuttling off to a comfortable resort. His international policies are ridiculed all over the world for their ineffectiveness, his domestic policies have hampered economic growth that is long overdue.
President G. W. Bush was crucified in the media, accused of being indifferent to the victims of Hurricane Katrina, something that was patently dishonest blame mongering for an act of god.  This situation currently in the southern border with Mexico is man-made.  For his refusal to engage on the illegal immigration issue the President gets a pass from the media allowing Democratic operatives to deflect responsibility onto a flawed immigration law of 2008, that at this point is more outdated than wrong. The President gets a pass on the behavior that demonstrates to Americans citizens and potential wetbacks (federal terminology not mine) that deportations will be avoided by refusal to support enforcement. The President and the Senate also get a pass from the media with regards to immigration reform which the failure of which is blamed on the house, ignoring the fact the the legislation proposed by the Senate includes no cooperative creation, the legislation is simply a poison pill created to develop a media wedge issue, never was or is a workable solution.
Six years ago there was decent agreement on the issue. Americans said, get the shit at the border taken care of and then we'll address amnesty, green cards or whatever.  The border is still a god damned mess and the Democrats are back at the door asking for us to ignore promises already made.
Mexico apparently does not enforce its border control on either the top of the bottom of the country, except when Americans are carrying weapons not intended for the drug distribution system. The Federal executive branch makes its intentions obvious by refusing to enforce laws by created by Congress. The Executive, DHS and DOJ give the impression that they welcome all Hispanic immigrants. The Federal leadership is dominated by the Democratically controlled Executive branch and abetted by the Democratic Senate. Those Democrats in power see illegal immigrants as potential voters.  American citizens, Democrat and Republican voters alike, see the Federal government as playing games with the rules that they created to appease the citizens, a large portion of that group now see that manipulation as unlawful refusal to honor oaths of office.

When some person suggests that this President is breaking the schedule and running around the country ad hoc, everybody and I mean every single person knows that that is a dishonest statement. There is little doubt in my mind that toilet breaks are anticipated in the daily schedule. This is not a slap at the President only the weak minded sycophants that write his press releases.
For the rest of it, such as calling the lawsuits a stunt, is merely a reflection of the leadership's disdain for the rule of law that flows from the Constitution. President Obama considers himself to be omnipotent.  Problem is, that whenever he meets a opposing force of serious resolve, his omnipotence is eviscerated. No I do not mean the Republican House of Representatives.

Apparently out representative wants to protect the President's obstructive catering to the environmental sect. It is sort of like being a bodyguard for Michael Jackson, some innocent person is going to fucked, in this case lots of innocent people.

The House passed a bill that would require the Energy Department to expedite decisions on applications to export liquefied natural gas. It would require that all applications publicly disclose the specific nation or nations that would receive the proposed export of liquefied natural gas.

The President is wrong to obstruct gas exportation.  In this he is abetting Russia's pressure on Europe and notably Ukraine. David Scott for all his liberal posturing is supporting war in Europe.

The House passed a bill that would establish a five-year program for oil and gas leasing. The bill would double the cap for offshore oil and gas revenue sharing to $1 billion and require at least 25 percent of eligible federal land be made available each year to lease for oil and gas exploration.

I just don't understand the actions of my congressman, nor the position of the Democrats as a whole on this subject. Economics drives energy exploration and distribution, all of their actions just make the resources cast more. The result is inevitable.
